关于对淮阳区中心城区全员核酸检测的通告

letter-spacing: 0.5px; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;'>做到“早发现、早诊断、早隔离、早治疗”，严防疫情输入，</span>经区疫情防控指挥部研究，决定在中心城区组织开展全员核酸检测。现将有关事项通告如下：</span></p><p style='text-indent:43px;line-height:40px;'><span style='font-size: 17px;color: rgb(0, 82, 255);'><strong>一、采样时间 </strong></span></p><p> 1、<span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>2022年5月 4日7时—2022年5月4日15时</span><span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>对中心城区（城关镇、开发区、住建局建筑工地、白楼镇庞庄、学校）辖区居民<strong>开展入户采样</strong>。</span></p><p><span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'> </span><span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>2</span><span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>、</span><span style='color: rgb(0, 82, 255);'>2022年5月 5日7时—2022年5月5日15时对中心城区（柳湖办事处、学校）</span><span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>辖区居民<strong>开展入户采样</strong>。</span></p><p><br></p><p> <strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 82, 255);'>二、采样对象 </span></strong></p><p> <span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>淮阳区中心城区内居住的所有居民</span>（含常住人口、暂住人口、流动人口及外籍人员等）。</p><p><br></p><p> <span style='color: rgb(0, 82, 255);'><strong>三、组织形式</strong></span></p><p> <span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>此轮中心城区全员核酸采样为入户采样。</span></p><p> 1、中心城区辖区居民要严格按照居住地所在社区 (行政村)工作人员的组织安排，在采样期间停止其他一切活动，做到不流动、不外出，持淮阳区核酸检测预登记信息采集码，备好身份证，在家中（单位）等待采样，确保不漏一户一人。如遇特殊情况，请向所在行政村（社区）报备。</p><p> 2、中心城区学校由区教体局负责人员组织，医务采样人员入校进行采样。</p><p><br></p><p><strong> <span style='color: rgb(0, 82, 255);'>三、特别提醒</span></strong></p><p><span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'> 凡无特殊原因不参加本轮核酸检测采样的人员，一律赋黄码。</span></p><p><br></p><p> <strong> </strong><span style='color: rgb(0, 82, 255);'><strong> 四、注意事项</strong> </span></p><p> 1、为了您和全区人民群众的健康安全，请各位居民朋友积极配合工作人员做好采样工作，<span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>对拒不配合、不支持核酸检测工作，扰乱秩序、瞒报、谎报、伪造信息的人员，公安机关将依法从严追究法律责任。</span> </p><p> 2、请辖区居民在采样期间做好个人防护，全程佩戴口罩，<span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>入户采样时请主动出示身份证件、采集码</span>（操作流程附后，提前申请好后保存图片，检测时现场出示即可）</p><p> 3、<span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>接种新冠病毒疫苗不超过48小时的人员，</span>向居住地所在社区（村）或单位报备后，<span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>不参加本次全员核酸检测。</span> </p><p> 4、核酸检测期间，区委、区政府将全力保障人民群众生产生活秩序，确保物品供应充足、物价稳定。 </p><p><br></p><p> 附：核酸检测居民申报操作流程：</p><p> 1.长按识别二维码→继续访问→个人采集码申报通道→核酸采集码自助申报→生成采集码→截图保存，向医护人员出示即可。已经预登记的直接向医护人员出示采集码即可。</p><p><span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>温馨提醒：保存采集码，下次检测时可继续使用。</span></p><p> 2.如一人携带多位家属前来进行核酸检测，点击重新申报或重新扫描二维码，继续填报核酸采集码自助申报，生成采集码，截图保存。</p><p> 3.每人一码，向检测人员出示对应二维码，进行检测即可。</p><p> 4.若无法扫码申报操作，需携带本人身份证原件。</p><p> </p><p style='text-align: right;'>淮阳区新冠肺炎疫情防控指挥部办公室</p><p style='text-align: right;'>2022年5月1日</p><p><br></p><p> <span style='color: rgb(217, 33, 66);'>附：居民核酸检测采集码申报方法</span></p><p> 第一步：通过微信“扫一扫”功能，扫描下面的二维码。</p><p> </p><p><span class="wxart_image" wx-style='display:inline-block;'></span></p><p style='text-indent: 43px;
