0);'>“学校划片招生、生源就近入学</span></strong>"的总体目标，统筹义务教育资源、学校容量、生源状况、招生规模等因素科学合理确定招生规模和区域范围，严禁跨区域招生。及时对外公布招生片区范围有调整的学校，合理引导家长预期。为进一步激发中小学办学活力，充分发挥优质学校在“强校+弱校"、“名校+新校”等多种集团化模式的办学自主权、增强办学的内生动力。</span></p><p 15px;'>今秋仍然使用河南省义务教育招生服务平台进行网上报名，为减轻家长负担，避免错报、漏报，建议由原毕业学校进行一次家访或拨打亲情电话告知报名办法。并专门抽调业务人员指导学生自主网上填报意向学校志愿，坚决解决留守儿童父母外出务工的后顾之忧。凡符合就读条件的适龄儿童少年于8月10-20日内由监护人陪同，按照生源认定标准的不同类型持报名登记所需材料到学区范围学校报名登记。</span></p><p 15px;'>招生学校要严把生源认定入口关。要制订招生工作实施方案，落实人员分工，明确操作要求。要对每一个报名登记学生的材料逐一认真审核、认定;对经审核认定不属本学区招生范围的，要及时通知学生家长或其他监护人，并妥善做好解释工作。要严肃工作纪律，落实“谁审核、谁签字、谁负责”存档相关材料。对不按规定要求审核，或审核不认真、走过场、流于形式，甚至弄虛作假、群众反映强烈的，要追究相关人员和学校主要领导的责任。</span></p><p
