风水庙：村东口修了一座怪庙，庙门朝西，直冲未婚妻家。雷有勇的未婚妻袁妮娃，为向他自证清白，“一尸两命”。雷有勇的父亲雷中财说，修了这个庙就不做噩梦了。

刀把宅：我是本案，也就是孙义录涉恶犯罪集团唯一实名举报人。雷有勇和孙义录以孤狼黄涛为血亲纽带，本是“顶门头亲戚。雷有勇勾结孙义录，从孙手里买了我家宅子，兼并了村民毕某的宅子，拼接在一起。
在多年前，全县都没有进行宅基地确权的时候，非法给自己办了个宅基地证。
在孙义录以及孙义录的二叔孙方勤都支出，是把宅子卖给雷有勇的情况下，雷有勇书记依然抵赖，说自己不是从孙永胜手里买的，而从另外一个人手里买的。我问工作组李永刚主任，这个一个藏头露尾的人还活着吗？李主任说还活着。雷有勇又找了教育办公室一名老助理（据说姓付），说雷有勇占的宅子是教育办公室照相馆。这个太容易鉴定了，我家宅子是个坑塘，填埋后的土质和教育办公室完全不一样。
雷有勇又找到村民夏宝驴（音）作伪证，说我家宅子只有四间，我让夏宝驴签字画押，他退缩了。雷有勇书记说瞎话、造假、系统性作伪证不用受任何惩罚。
六尺巷：在我们周口淮阳新站，有一条弯弯曲曲的六尺巷，是雷有勇书记和他爹雷中财两代人共同努力打造的。他们把邻居之间的公共出路全占了，邻居不得不在自家宅子上让出一条出路来。雷有勇父子的动机，可能是为了让邻居体会到曲径通幽的妙处，所以不惜昧着良心，顶着舆论压力，干这种生小孩没屁眼的事情。真是周口正能量！
