依据《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案》（试行第七版），新冠肺炎确诊病历及无症状感染者的主要判定依据是核酸检测，Igm作为血清抗体检测项目只是一般筛查辅助技术，其他疾病也可造成异常。目前，患者两次核酸检测均为阴性，不符合新冠肺炎诊断标准。
