网络不是法外之地，谣言是违法的
近日微信群转发的淮阳区人民医院住院患者贾XX、黄XX的病历信息，系泄露病人隐私行为，公安机关已介入调查处理，将依法严厉打击。
截止2020年6月19日上午11时，淮阳区未发现确诊和疑似病例。
依据《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案》（试行第七版），新冠肺炎确诊病历及无症状感染者的主要判定依据是核酸检测，Igm作为血清抗体检测项目只是一般筛查辅助技术，其他疾病也可造成异常。目前，患者两次核酸检测均为阴性，不符合新冠肺炎诊断标准。
希望广大市民自觉抵制网络谣言，不信谣、不传谣，在常态化疫情防控状态下继续做好个人防护，养成戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风、公筷制的良好习惯，尤其到医院、商场、超市以及封闭的公共场所，一定要戴口罩，保持一米的社交距离，请大家做好科学防护，不必恐慌。
