letter-spacing: 1px;'><br></p><p style='line-height: 2em; letter-spacing: 1px; text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>当天上午，区交警大队民警在淮阳中心汽车站转盘处执勤，疏导现场交通时，一位热心路人告诉民警：附近有一位白发老人独自徘徊了很久，疑似迷路。民警黎军、孙猛迅速赶到现场找到迷路老人，将其扶上警车休息，并耐心与老人沟通，发现老人由于年事已高，思维不清晰，不记得自己的家庭地址，也说不出家人的信息。在了解到老人外出是为了办理公交卡后，两位民警一边跟老人聊天安抚情绪，一边将情况上报给交警大队淮周中队队长靳军，靳队长要求：务必先帮老人办好公交卡，再将其安全送回家中。接到指示后，民警黎军、孙猛驾车陪同老人前往淮阳区公交公司。</span></p><p style='line-height: 2em;
