color: rgb(255, 41, 65); box-sizing: border-box !important;"><span class="wxart_image" wx-style="display:inline-block;color: rgb(55, 74, 174);font-family: 微软雅黑;letter-spacing: 0.544px;font-size: 14px;box-sizing: border-box !important;overflow-wrap: break-word !important;visibility: visible !important;width: auto !important;"></span></span></strong></span></strong></span></strong></span></h1><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><br></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">为减少城区交通噪声污染，保障居民的正常生活、工作和学习环境不受机动车噪声干犹，促进文明卫生城市创建，提升城市品质。根据《中华人民共和国环境噪声污染防治法》和《中华人民共和国交通安全法》规定，现就淮阳城区机动车禁鸣区域通告如下:<br></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(255, 76, 65);"><strong>一、机动车禁鸣区域：</strong></span>羲皇大道(含)以东、弦歌路（含）以北、宛丘路（含）以西、平安路（含）以南，所形成的封闭区域内的所有道路，划定为机动车禁鸣区域。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="color: rgb(255, 76, 65);"><strong>二、禁鸣规定：</strong></span>2020年5月15日至5月24日为宣传阶段。自2020年5月25日起，上述区域内机动车全天24小时禁鸣喇叭。消防车、警车、救护车及工程抢险车等特种车辆在执行紧急公务时，不受上述禁鸣要求限制。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"><strong><span style="color: rgb(255, 76, 65);">三、违反本规定的</span></strong>，公安机关交通管理部门将依据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》、《河南省道路交通安全条例》有关规定予以处罚。对妨碍公安交警执行公务的，依法从重处罚。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;">四、请广大机动车驾驶员树立环保理念，增强守法意识。自觉遵守禁鸣规定，安全驾驶，文明行车，为提升城市环境质量和城市品质作出积极贡献。</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"> </section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"> 特此通告</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"> </section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"> 周口市淮阳区公安局交警大队</section><section style="text-indent: 2em;"> 2020年5月</section><h1 style="max-width: 100%;
