color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>为有效降低机动车污染物排放，持续改善我市环境空气质量，根据《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》等法律法规规定，市政府决定实施</span></section><section style='line-height: 2em;'><span style='color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'><span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>机动车限行措施，现通告如下</span>:</span></section><section style='text-indent: 43px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-family: 黑体; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>一、限行时间</span></section><section style='text-indent: 43px;line-height: 2em;'>2020<span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>年</span><span times="" new="" roman';'="">3</span><span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>月</span><span times="" new="" roman';'="">2</span><span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>3日至</span>2020<span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>年</span><span times="" new="" roman';'="">12</span><span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>月</span><span times="" new="" roman';'="">31</span><span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>日。周六、周日及法定节假日不限行，每日限行时间</span><span times="" new="" roman';'="">7</span><span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>时至</span><span times="" new="" roman';'="">20</span><span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>时。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 43px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-family: 黑体; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>二、限行区域</span></section><section style='text-indent: 43px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>市区开元大道以北、武盛大道以西、太清路以南、龙源路以东的闭合区域内（不含以上道路）。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 43px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-family: 黑体; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);'>三、限行规定</span></section><section style='text-indent: 43px;line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>（一）按机动车号牌（含临时号牌）的最后一位阿拉伯数字（尾数为英文字母的，以字母前的最后一个数字为准），工作日每天限行两个车牌号。即：星期一限行车牌尾号为</span>1<span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>和</span><span times="" new="" roman';'="">6</span><span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>的机动车；星期二限行车牌尾号为</span><span times="" new="" roman';'="">2</span><span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>和</span><span times="" new="" roman';'="">7</span><span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>的机动车；星期三限行车牌尾号为</span><span times="" new="" roman';'="">3</span><span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>和</span><span times="" new="" roman';'="">8</span><span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>的机动车；星期四限行车牌尾号为</span><span times="" new="" roman';'="">4</span><span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>和</span><span times="" new="" roman';'="">9</span><span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>的机动车；星期五限行车牌尾号为</span><span times="" new="" roman';'="">5</span><span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>和</span>0<span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>的机动车（周六、周日、法定节假日及调整为休息日的工作日不限行）。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 43px; line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>（二）已办理通行证的货车，同时遵守本限行规定。外埠号牌车辆不受本通告规定限行。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 43px; line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>（三）为保障城市正常运转，尽可能减少对社会生活的影响。以下机动车不受上述措施限制</span>:</section><section style='text-indent: 43px; line-height: 2em;'>1.<span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>军车（含武警车辆）、警车、消防救援车、救护车、工程救险车；</span></section><section style='text-indent: 43px; line-height: 2em;'>2.<span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>公交车、大中型客车、出租汽车（不含租赁车辆）、校车，单位通勤车；</span></section><section style='text-indent: 43px; line-height: 2em;'>3.<span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>车身外观喷涂统一标识并执行任务的各类行政执法车辆和道路清障专用车辆；</span></section><section style='text-indent: 43px; line-height: 2em;'>4.<span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>车身外观喷涂统一标识的环卫、园林、市政、供水、供电、供气、供油、通信、邮政、押款、保险勘查、新闻采访、采供血、医疗废物转运等专用车辆；</span></section><section style='text-indent: 43px; line-height: 2em;'>5<span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>.殡仪馆的殡葬车辆；</span></section><section style='text-indent: 43px; line-height: 2em;'>6<span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>.新能源汽车。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 43px; line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>四、对违反本通告之规定上路行驶的车辆，公安机关交通管理部门将通过视频监控抓拍和民警路检路查依法予以处罚。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 43px; line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-family: 仿宋_GB2312;'>五、遇有重度以上污染天气，需要启动更高级别限行措施的，另行通知。</span></section><section style='text-indent: 43px;
