line-height: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 19px;'><strong><span style='color: rgb(216, 40, 33);'>通 告</span></strong></span></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 1px;'><br></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 1px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>根据省、市疫情防控指挥部有关规定，结合我区疫情防控形势，经区疫情防控指挥部研究，决定在继续做好疫情防控各项工作的基础上，有序恢复商业企业和门店经营，现就有关事项通告如下：</span></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 1px;text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 1px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>一、文化馆、体育馆、球馆、游泳馆、健身房、图书馆、洗浴、足浴、KTV、酒吧、网吧、游戏厅、歌厅、棋牌室、茶社、影剧院、海洋馆等人员密集型场所继续关闭，暂缓开放。畜禽屠宰市场、猫狗及家养宠物交易市场、农贸市场继续关闭，暂缓开放。</span></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 1px;text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 1px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>二、商超、批发市场、便利店等沿街门店恢复营业，严格实施实名登记、消杀等防控措施，控制疏导人流，避免人员聚集。</span></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 1px;text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 1px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>三、与公安部门联网的宾馆恢复经营，对照公安机关提供的高风险地区名单，实行实名、实情、实数、实时登记，及时上传公安机关。严禁接待会议、培训、聚会等聚集性活动。未与公安部门联网的宾馆、旅馆、日租房、公寓暂缓营业。</span></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 1px;text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 1px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>四、理发店恢复经营。做好实名登记、消毒等防控措施，不准烫染。要控制等候人数，保持一定距离。</span></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 1px;text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 1px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>五、具有合法经营资格的餐饮服务单位可有序恢复营业。所有餐饮服务单位可打包外卖或配送，设置1.5米间隔线，合理安排进店人员间距。堂食经营要保持隔桌、隔人，并如实登记顾客身份证信息及联系方式，以备查验跟踪。大型宴会暂缓，避免人员聚集。各餐饮服务单位从业人员必须持有有效健康证，每天从业人员上岗前必须做好晨检记录并佩戴口罩。每天要保持房间空气流通、经营场所消毒、做好消毒记录等防控措施。要严格按照《餐饮服务食品安全操作规范》进行操作，杜绝饲养和现场宰杀活禽活畜，索证索票记录完整，贮存符合要求。禁止采购不明来源的食材，严禁经营野生动物及其制品。</span></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 1px;text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 1px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>六、各经营业主必须落实疫情防控主体责任和从业人员管控，做好员工排查、环境消杀等防控措施。在经营过程中必须控制人员流量，做到实名登记、体温检测、佩戴口罩、有序排队。涉及使用电梯的经营户，要控制人数、防止集聚，并定时消杀。</span></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 1px;text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 1px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>七、区有关部门要履行好行业监管责任，各乡镇（场）、产业聚集区管委会要履行好属地管理责任，对恢复经营门店的防控工作要加强督查指导。对违反本通告规定的，将按疫情期间相关规定予以关停，情节严重的依法依规严厉查处。</span></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 1px;text-indent: 2em;'><br></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 1px;text-indent: 2em;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>八、本通告自发布之日起实施，并根据疫情防控工作需要及时调整或废止。</span></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 1px;'><br></p><p style='line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 1px;'><br></p><p style='text-align: right;line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 1px;'><span style='font-size: 15px;'>2020年3月20日</span></p></section></section></section></section></section><p><br></p><p><span style='font-size: 14px;color: rgb(136, 136, 136);letter-spacing: 1px;'>来源：淮阳区新冠肺炎<span style='line-height: 24.5px;
