3、省辖市内跨县出行需要办理吗?
省辖市内跨县出行是否需要健康申报证明，主要根据目的地返岗复工有关规定。请适时关注当地疫情防控有关信息。
4、县内出行可以办理吗?
不可以，系统不支持。
5、申报人如果出省，健康申报证明是否有效?
与我省建立了互认工作机制的省份，认可我省务工人员出具的《河南省新冠肺炎健康申报证明》。未建立互认工作机制的省份是否认可，需要申报人联系查询目的地有关规定。
6、网上申报需要注意什么?

《河南省新冠肺炎健康申报证明》有效期5天，5天内应到达目的地。有效期内，在出行前、出行途中和到达目的地这三个时段，应承诺做好个人防护、不参与聚餐聚会，上班戴口罩、下班不外出。
9、持有健康申报证明还会采取隔离措施吗?
